The NC Balance of State CoC Steering Committee approved updates to its VAWA (Violence Against Women's Act) Emergency Transfer Plan in April.  As part of our responsibilities as a CoC, we must provider an annual training on the plan.  All providers are invited and encouraged to attend the training.  However, all current ESG- and CoC-funded housing programs are required to attend. 

The webinar will give an overview of the VAWA Emergency Transfer Plan and provide areas that have been updated in the 2021 policy.
