Cecelia Peers

Trillium Health Resources, Wilmington

 

Cecelia Peers joined the NCCEH Board in 2020. In 2018, Cecelia began work as a Neighborhood Connections Manager with Trillium Health Resources, dedicated to addressing social determinants of health. Prior to joining Trillium, Cecelia served as administrator for the homeless Continuum of Care covering Brunswick, Pender, and New Hanover counties. She has held various management roles for emergency shelters, and transitional and permanent supportive housing, starting in 2002. Cecelia served on the NC HMIS Governance Committee from 2013 to 2018, and is currently a member of the Cape Fear Housing Coalition. Cecelia is dedicated to improving the lives of the most vulnerable people in our communities by building better connections between housing, health, and other social needs
