Description

We know supportive housing reduces health care costs for residents. As states face difficult budget choices, it is important to illustrate how investments in supportive housing can result in real cost savings on a state-by-state basis. This webinar will be a panel discussion format where you will learn what data Medicaid agencies typically collect, the potential for data coordination between Medicaid, HMIS and housing agencies, and discussion on how to overcome barriers to collaboration.

Overview: Allison Hamblin, Director of Complex Populations, Center for Health Care Strategies, Inc

Panel Q&A and Discussion:
David Mancuso, Ph.D., Senior Research Supervisor, Washington State Department of Social and Health Services
Arturo Bendixen, Vice President of Programs and Partnership, AIDS Foundation of Chicago
