Topics will include: services provided, staffing, scheduling and follow-up, and collaboration with other agencies. The webinar will also explore how mobile health can help address transportation barriers to accessing health care services, increase access to and utilization of primary care services, and meet the HRSA program requirement regarding accessible hours of operation and service delivery locations. Panelists participating in the webinar include representatives from health centers and other programs serving both migrant and seasonal farmworkers and homeless individuals.
