Please join us for the second installment in the Emergency Shelter Innovation Series, hosted by the NC Balance of State CoC. This forum will focus on Harm Reduction and how shelters can operate safely while supporting people in active substance use. 

The annual Continuum of Care Program competition will begin this summer. This webinar will highlight the process and eligibility for applying for these funds. The CoC prioritizes new CoC Program funding for rapid rehousing and permanent supportive housing projects. This webinar is for any agency/organization interested in learning more about CoC Program funding and thinking about applying in the FY24 competition. It will include a description of the Intent to Apply process.
