Please join us for our annual meeting of SOAR-trained case managers! All SOAR-trained case managers who are currently completing SOAR applications in their community are invited. 

 

The first part will be dedicated to hearing from partners at DDS, SSA, and the national SOAR TA Center.

 

The second hour will be dedicated to sharing annual SOAR outcomes, celebrating our wins, and brainstorming on improving challenges.
