9th Annual SOAR Caseworker Meeting
SOAR Case Manager Meeting
Please join us for our annual meeting of SOAR-trained case managers! All SOAR-trained case managers who are currently completing SOAR applications in their community are invited.
The first part will be dedicated to hearing from partners at DDS, SSA, and the national SOAR TA Center.
The second hour will be dedicated to small group discussion and peer sharing.
Back@Home Field Support: HMIS Office Hours
Back@Home Field Support is providing dedicated time to review HMIS questions, workflow, data issues, and reporting over the first few months of the program. Andrea Carey from the NCCEH Data Center will host an hour the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 10:30 am.
