This training will provide a brief introduction to the SOAR model for assisting clients to apply for Social Security disability benefits.  This will be particularly useful for Rapid Rehousing case managers as disability benefits act as a source of stable income for clients awarded.  Participants will gain an understanding of the core components of the SOAR model, client eligibility for disability, and how case managers can become fully trained.
