This event is for Continuum of Care leads and Ten-Year Plan coordinators to discuss CHIN governance, roles, and responsibilities.

 

In order to cover the cost of lunch, we are asking participants to chip in $10 through a registration fee. If you are not able to do so, please contact Denise. We don't want the cost of lunch to keep you away!
