The Gaston/Lincoln/Cleveland Continuum of Care invites you to participate in the 2nd Annual Housing Forum on Thursday, May 17.  This informative program will feature keynote speaker Martha Are, Homelessness and Housing Specialist with the NC Department of Health and Human Services.
 
This forum is open to service providers, community stakeholder groups, property owners and management companies, community leaders, and elected officials.
 
Presentations and displays of successful programs and community collaborations addressing housing and homeless issues within the three county area.

Join us at the National Health Care for the Homeless Annual Conference and Policy Symposium at the Sheraton Kansas City at the Crown Center May 16-18, 2012, with Pre-Conference Institutes on May 15.
 
This conference is designed by HCH professionals for HCH professionals, including clinicians and their support staff; administrators; board members; and consumers of HCH services. It will also be of value to others who provide health care and support services to homeless people, as well as government officials and advocates. The desired result for this conference is an increased understanding of the health care needs of homeless people and the health care services that should be provided to them.

NCCEH Dialogue Group

This is a regular meeting of the NCCEH SOAR Caseworkers Dialogue Group.
It is a caseworker roundtable to problem-solve and connect with others around the state who are working on SOAR cases.
