Mobile health can be an effective way to deliver health care services, but it can also present many challenges. The purpose of the webinar is to exchange experiences, challenges and practical advice around some key areas for implementing effective mobile health services. Topics will include: services provided, staffing, scheduling and follow-up, and collaboration with other agencies. The webinar will also explore how mobile health can help address transportation barriers to accessing health care services, increase access to and utilization of primary care services, and meet the HRSA program requirement regarding accessible hours of operation and service delivery locations. Panelists participating in the webinar include representatives from health centers and other programs serving both migrant and seasonal farmworkers and homeless individuals.

On Thursday, March 29 at 3 pm ET, the National Alliance to End Homelessness, the District Alliance for Safe Housing (DASH), and the Washington State Coalition Against Domestic Violence (WSCADV) are co-sponsoring a webinar highlighting efforts to prevent homelessness for survivors of domestic violence. This webinar, the second in a series on preventing and ending homelessness for survivors of domestic violence, will feature Peg Hacskaylo, Executive Director of DASH, and Linda Olsen, Housing Program Coordinator at WSCADV.
