  • How to Engage Volunteers and Keep Them Coming Back: Find out why and what power volunteer job descriptions hold, and things you can do to improve volunteer retention
  • How to Expand Organizational Capacity through Internships: Workshop participants will learn about developing and maintaining an internship program for college students. Topics will include how an internship program can expand the capacity of your organization, how to develop internship positions that will attract applicants, how to train and supervise interns, and how interns are different from volunteers.
