Project Homeless Connect Orange County (PHC) is a one-day, one-stop center to link people experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, homelessness with a broad range of services. Guests are offered assistance with housing, employment, health and dental care, foot care, mental health care, veterans’ benefits, social service benefits, legal services, and more. They also receive lunch and are offered haircuts, showers, and coats.  Project Homeless Connect is a key initiative of the Orange County Partnership to End Homelessness.

Project Homeless Connect is a truly grassroots event that provides opportunities for members of the entire community to contribute their efforts, talents, and compassion to help end homelessness.
