Please join us for our 13th annual meeting of SOAR-trained case managers! All SOAR-trained case managers who are currently completing SOAR applications in their community are invited. The purpose of the SOAR Annual Meeting is to reflect on the past year's achievements, discuss updates and outcomes, recognize exceptional contributions, and plan for future initiatives. It serves as a platform for reviewing progress, celebrating successes, and fostering community engagement in an in-person setting.
