Please join the NC BoS CoC for an in-person workshop training for regional leadership! Although the main focus of the workshop will be on the Balance of State year-round unsheltered access, we need all regional leadership present to ensure a robust discussion and positive outcome. 

 

The agenda on June 15 will include:

• An overview of roles and responsibilities
• Regional information for 2023 Point In Time, Housing Inventory Count, and current By Name List data for persons living unsheltered
• Breakout groups to create system mapping for each Region
• Breakout groups to deep-dive into county-by-county support for connecting persons living unsheltered to services, shelter, coordinated entry, and permanent housing
• Report-outs from each Region (to learn from our peers!) 

Doors will open at 9:30 AM, and the training will begin at 10 AM. Lunch is provided and light refreshments will be served in the morning.
