This call is for direct service providers including case managers, housing navigators, case manager supervisors, and program managers.  Rehousing agency providers will meet every other week with peers and facilitators to share expertise and find support around common challenges. 

Please note registration is capped at 30 people and is first come first served.  If you are unable to sign up for this group, please consider registering for one of the other two learning collaborative groups.  Registrants will receive a the link to join through a calendar invite.
