HMIS Transition
This page is now an archive. It was used as the home for documents relating to the transition of North Carolina's HMIS administration from the Carolina Homeless Information Network (CHIN) to the Michigan Coalition Against Homelessness (MCAH).
MCAH took on full administrative authority as of May 1, 2015. Please refer to the FAQ document below for more details about this process.
