Funding and Performance Subcommittee

The Funding and Performance Subcommittee was formed when the Steering Committee approved the Steering Committee restructuring proposal. This proposal added at-large members to the Steering Committee and made other changes to improve the Steering Committee’s work. The CoC developed the Funding and Performance Subcommittee to help the Steering Committee better understand the CoC’s performance and make recommendations to improve it.

Purpose

The purpose of this subcommittee is to track the CoC’s performance as a whole throughout the year, to recommend funding priorities, and to increase the CoC’s competitiveness for funding. The subcommittee will set priorities for both CoC (HUD's Continuum of Care) and ESG (Emergency Solutions Grant) funding.

Reporting

Activity reports are due to NCCEH by the 15th of each month, starting in May 2024. Reports will be submitted using Smartsheet. The Funding and Performance Subcommittee will review the reports to offer feedback and support. To access the report form, click here.

*Does not include DV Agencies (Victim Service Providers) who are prohibited from joining HMIS
