SOAR End of Year Meeting
Please join us for our annual meeting of SOAR-trained case managers! All SOAR-trained case managers who are currently completing SOAR applications in their community are invited.
Registration costs will cover lunch.
Please note any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) in the Optional Comments section of the Registration page.
Any case managers who need assistance covering the attendance fee or cost of travel to and from the meeting should reach out to soar@ncceh.org to be considered for a scholarship.
