SOAR End of Year Meeting
Please join us for our annual meeting of SOAR-trained case managers- our first in person event since 2019! All SOAR-trained case managers who are currently completing SOAR applications in their community are invited.
Speakers will include DDS, SSA, and NCCEH staff. We will have interactive activities, lunch, and opportunities for reflection.
Registration costs will cover lunch.
Please note any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) in the Optional Comments section of the Registration page.
Any case managers who need assistance covering the cost of travel to and from the meeting can apply for a scholarship here.
