We invite you to attend whether or not you have previously engaged with the NC Balance of State Continuum of Care—however\, you must be located within our 79-county coverage area to apply in our local CoC Program competition. \nNCCEH staff will share information about how to construct a good application\, how to uphold grantee responsibilities\, and anticipated components of the FY2026 CoC Program Competition. We will also provide an overview of our local competition process. Specific guidance and application requirements are subject to change after the release of the FY2026 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) in the coming months.
